Company Overview

We are a local housing development company with more than 34 years of experience in property development, specializing in the mixed housing development of landed properties. 

A brief walk through history - our company was founded in 1989 and completed our very first housing project in Banting, Selangor in 1991. As of 2022, we have completed 28 mixed housing projects mainly in Selangor and a hotel at Batu Feringghi, Penang. We have learned and excelled our team which led us to have the expertise in property development and management; property acquisitions, design and build, operation and management of hotel.
